DAVID LONG, Principal, has been involved in a broad range of developmental and operational activities relating to product design and formulation within Dromaius Novae' International.  He has an extensive background in business management, logistics, field supervision and business-to-business communications. Mr. Long is responsible for managing the company's activities on an international level.

Mr. Long has served on the Board of Directors of the American Emu Association (AEA) and as Treasurer. He also served as an advisor to the AEA sponsored National Emu Oil Standards Committee.  He and his wife, Joanne, are members of the American Oil Chemists Society, as well as founders of the Emu Oil Institute and World Emu Society.

In 1997, Mr. Long received the Consumer of the Year Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Weights and Measures by saving Pennsylvania farmers millions of dollars in losses because of inappropriate actions of grain mills throughout the State. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Long has been responsible for the start-up, growth, management and ownership of a large electrical construction company, with his greatest accomplishment being the electrical construction of a large COMSAT Satellite Station in northeastern Pennsylvania.  Other projects included Schwan's Frozen Foods facilities, State Farm Insurance Complexes, and Service 1st Federal Banks, to name a few.  His electrical construction career spanned over 30 years, prior to entering the health products market.

In addition, Mr. Long has been a thirty-five year member of the Free and Accepted Masons, having earned his 32nd Degree.  He is also a member of the Caldwell Consistory, Bloomsburg, PA.
