JOANNE LONG, Principal, has more than 30 years experience in the corporate world with a background in marketing, administration, public relations, advertising and e-commerce.   Mrs. Long is the architect and founding President of the Pennsylvania Emu Farmers Accociation.  She served as the Pennsylvania state coordinator of Emu Awareness Week for the American Emu Association in 2001and has been involved in a broad range of developmental and operational activities relating to product design and formulation within Dromaius Novae' International.  

Mrs. Long has also served on the Board of Directors of Penn State Agricultural Committee and as Secretary for the Little Fishing Creek Rod and Gun Club, Pennsylvania. Her past employment as Office Manger for the Bloomsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and Bloomsburg Industrial Development Authority allowed her the opportunity to meet and assist a variety of CEOs and businesses within the Industrial Development community. 

She is also a member of the American Oil Chemists Society.
